Macadamia Muesli Slice

1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
1 cup rolled oats
¾ cup sultanas
¾ cup shredded coconut
½ cup unprocessed bran
½ cup wholemeal plain flour
¼ cup raw sugar
¼ cup sesame seeds
125g butter, melted
1 tablespoon honey
2 eggs, lightly beaten

1. Combine macadamia nuts, rolled oats, sultanas, shredded coconut, bran, wholemeal flour, raw sugar & sesame seeds.
2. Separately combine butter and honey, then add to dry mixture.
3. Add lightly beaten eggs, thoroughly combining all ingredients.
4. Firmly press mixture into a lightly greased slice pan approx. 28cm x 18cm. Bake in a moderate oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool before slicing.
