The aim of the experiment reported in this paper was to assess the transpiration efficiency, leaf gas exchange (under ambient and CO2 saturated conditions) and carbon isotope discrimation of Sultana grafted to to a Cl- -excluding rootstock (Ramsey) in comparison with own-rooted Sultana, when grown under a range of salinity levels in the glasshouse.
