DFA will bring Warren Davies – The Unbreakable Farmer – as its guest speaker, as we reflect on and round out a challenging season.
A down to earth storyteller with lived experience, Warren shares a powerful journey of adversity, rebuilding, and purpose.
Known nationally as The Unbreakable Farmer, Warren delivers honest, relatable insights into the challenges people face both at work and at home.
His approach cuts through stigma and surface level conversations, creating space for real talk about wellbeing, connection, leadership, and the courage to seek help.
Central to Warren’s work is a simple but transformative philosophy: capacity before crisis. He believes resilience is not the first step, it is the result. The real change happens earlier, by strengthening the capacity of individuals, teams, and communities to communicate, connect, and support one another long before pressure peaks.
The event will be an opportunity to connect with fellow growers, hear from industry processors and learn from the experiences of the 2026 season, with opportunities to find out about support available to growers.
