At the request of the A.D.F.A. the following notes were prepared for the guidence of sultana producers. The A.D.F.A. had passed a resolution that mixed dip should be adopted as the standard dip for the industry, and this document provides details on the economic advantages of mixed dip when compared to other dip options, gives details on good routine practices related to quality of the fruit, and on the preparation and use of mixed dip.
