Trends in Sultana Production and Crop Forecasting for 2004

In this article:

Report on progress over three seasons towards being able to predict dried fruit production using a 2 stage crop forecasting model.

Predictions are made at two stages for crop development, the first is carried out using a model of bud fruitfulness, and the second using counts of berries and bunches from selected grower properties after fruit set.
